CREATIVE SERVICES Sr. Graphic Designer • Full Time We are looking for a talented professional for Orange Lake Marketing and Branding. Must have a bachelor’s in Graphic Design, more than five years corporate graphic design experience, InDesign and PC skills. Sr. Copywriter • Full Time Creates effective, compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of vehicles and communication styles, from conception to completion. A Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications (or relevant area of study) and minimum of 5 years professional copywriting experience is required Production Artist • Full Time Looking for a self-motivated individual that will make alterations to design files and prepare electronic files, artwork, and imagery for prepress. Must have at least 2 years of experience in design and creative production. Account Supervisor • Full Time Will lead the client services division and be responsible for understanding clients’ business objectives, clearly defining the strategy and providing sound solutions. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience counseling clients on strategic marketing and branding initiatives. Sr. Copywriter Manager • Full Time Will manage everyday workflow of Copywriting area, responsible for keeping projects on schedule and in line with our brand and client requests. Responsible for creating effecting, compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of vehicles, including e-marketing, website and internet content, newsletters, and more. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years in management and 7 years of professional copywriter experience. Account Executive • Full Time Must have a minimum of 5 years in counseling clients on strategic marketing and branding initiatives. Will support the client services division of the department and be responsible for determining clients’ business objectives.

ENGINEERING Engineer V • Full Time Responsible for repairing and maintaining all refrigeration and HVAC systems. Must have technical training in air-conditioning and refrigeration. EPA universal license required Must be able to work a PM schedule. Valid Florida driver’s license required.

FINANCIAL SERVICES Sr. Accountant - HOA • Full Time Responsible for financial statements for sales and marketing. Minimum of 3 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.. Accountant II • Full Time Responsible for financial statements for sales and marketing. Minimum of 3 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. Accounts Payable Clerk • Full Time Responsible for balancing databases, verifying credit card processing, and confirming totals are equal with timeshare programs. Must have experience in a timeshare setting. Timeshareware (TSW) experience preferred.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE Chef de Cuisine • Full Time Will be responsible for creating dishes from scratch based on the daily menu. 2-3 years experience. Culinary degree preferred. Must have flexible schedule.

FRONT DESK Front Desk Supervisor • Full Time Looking for a professional who demonstrates a commitment to spectacular service with the drive to ensure that every owner and guest feels welcome and leaves thoroughly satisfied. This individual must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2-3 years of front desk experience required in a supervisor role preferred. GLOBALACCESS® Inventory Control Coordinator • Full Time Responsible for the day to day managing of inventory controls at each assigned location, with the purpose of maximizing occupancy, inventory use and customer service. Inventory control experience in a multi-site timeshare environment is preferred. Must exhibit keyboard proficiency and be a self-starter. Good communication and multi-tasking skills required. Global Access Manager • Full Time Will manage call center supervisors and ensure deliverance of excellent Owner/Customer Service by phone and in person. Must have 2-5 years management experience leading teams in a fast paced call center environment. Strong judgment and decision making abilities are required. Must be a driven professional with a great attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership development skills. Global Access Supervisor • Full Time Responsible for supporting call center manager with Owner Support Call Center operations.  Will guide and lead a team of customer service professionals to achieve and exceed customer service and production goals. 1-2 years management experience preferred. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Groundskeeper • Full Time Will perform maintenance on the grounds, including planting trees and shrubs and removing weeds. Must have grounds keeping experience. Florida drivers license required.

HUMAN RESOURCES Compensation Manager • Full Time Looking for a HR professional to administer compensation programs that help drive our business and service our customer base. Responsible for implementing and administering compensation programs which support the business strategy. Programs include base pay management, salary surveys, skill pay plans, variable incentive plans, sales incentive plans and recognition programs. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

LAUNDRY Laundry Aid • Full Time Seeking a motivated individual who will perform various laundry duties including sorting, washing and drying linens. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Laundry Linen Runner • Full Time Will assist with the distribution and picking up of linens throughout the resort. Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs. MARKETING Off-property Consultant • Full Time Generate qualified tour guests for Orange Lake by providing exceptional customer service in our off-property locations. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must have flexible schedule. including evenings, weekends and holidays. In- House OPC • Full Time We are looking for highly motivated professionals for our In-House OPC (Off-property Consultant) department. Responsibilities consist of checking in and generating tours from our guest including owners, renters and RCI® exchangers in a face-to-face environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Previous experience preferred. British OPC • Full Time Orange Lake ambassador in the villa registration center, providing a high level of customer service to arriving UK and International guests. You are the Orange Lake Concierge Representative- setting up presentations for guests who will have the opportunity to change their vacation lifestyle habits forever, for the better! Must be goal-oriented self starter. Timeshare knowledge a plus. OPC Field Trainer • Full Time This position provides initial Off-Property Consultant training, mentoring, and improvement coaching for all new employees, and internal transfers to OPC teams within the department. In addition; will be ensuring maximum efficiency and greater employee retention by the development and provision of ongoing support training. Must have 2 years of timeshare experience. In-House OPC Supervisor • Full Time Ensures the In-House OPC desk is operating in a professional and organized manner while providing world-class experience to our guests and owners. We are looking for someone who is dependable and goal oriented. Must have previous customer service and timeshare experience.

MORTGAGE OPERATIONS Collector I • Full Time Responsible to collect on past due mortgages and maintenance accounts. Candidate must have 2 years collection experience and skip tracing skills. Have opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance. Bilingual communication is a plus. Must have flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

REFERRAL MARKETING Latitudes Reservations Specialist • Full Time Provide superior customer service to Latitudes and Global Latitude owners by verifying customer demographics and their knowledge of the details of participation and contract terms of the Latitudes programs. Two-year minimum telemarketing experience required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outbound Referral Supervisor • Full Time The mission of this individual is to ensure the Outbound Referral team achieves production goals. The supervisor is responsible for developing and supervising training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels. Three years call center experience with one being in a leadership role is a must. Bilingual is a plus. RESORT SERVICES Manager on Duty • Full Time Provide on-site daily monitoring and assistance with the management of all Orange Lake’s operations. Must be able to work nights and weekends. TECHNOLOGY Help Desk Analyst I & III • Full Time Will trouble shoot MS Office Suite. Must have strong knowledge of XP, Vista, and HP Printers. Three to four years of experience required. Associate’s degree in related field preferred. Applications Architect • Full Time Looking for a hands-on professional with a long history of multi-tiered development. Responsible for developing and communicating architectural proposals for various projects. Produce high-level application design documentation for complex applications.
